These Terms govern your use of this page, the entry process for our Community Appreciation Sweepstakes, and your interactions with our agency regarding promotional offers. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this page or submit your information.
2. Sweepstakes Eligibility and Official Rules

Age and Residency: Participation is strictly limited to legal residents of Texas and New Mexico who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. By submitting your information, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Void Where Prohibited: This sweepstakes is void outside of Texas and New Mexico and where prohibited by law.
No Purchase Necessary: As required by law and stated repeatedly, NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR INSURANCE QUOTE IS NECESSARY to enter or win the high-ticket sweepstakes item (e.g., the TV/Trip grand prize). Getting a quote will not increase your chances of winning.
3. Consent and Quoting Policies
Standard Opt-in Leads ("Opt-in A"): If you opt in to receive an insurance quote, our agency team will contact you using the information provided to finalize that quote.
Giveaway Only Leads ("Opt-in B") / Follow-up Procedure: If you opt for "Giveaway Only," we will contact you only regarding transactional giveaway logistics. However, in our ongoing effort to support local, we may follow up with non-winners of the high-ticket item to offer a low-value promotional voucher (e.g., $15-$20 local gift card, well within regulatory compliance limits of $25 in Texas and $100 in New Mexico). This follow-up contact is strictly informational regarding the drawing. We will never provide an insurance quote to an "Opt-in B" participant unless verbal consent is explicitly obtained first during that follow-up conversation.
4. Agency Disclaimers
Authorized Service: Marcela Johnson is a captive agent authorized to sell insurance products exclusively for Farmers Insurance Group.
No Quote Binding: Submitting information through this form does not bind coverage or create an insurance policy. All policies are subject to underwriter approval.
5. Liability and Warranties
Sweepstakes Prizing: Prizes (TV, trips, gift cards) are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind from the Marcela Johnson Agency. We are not responsible for prize fulfillment by third-party vendors (e.g., airlines, manufacturers, or local restaurants).
Service Availability: We strive to keep this landing page functional but do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that server errors won't occur.
