2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the specific purpose it was provided, consistent with your choices on our entry form:
Transactional/Giveaway Logistics (All Entrants): We use your name, state, and contact info to verify sweepstakes eligibility (must be 18+ and a legal resident of TX or NM), include you in the drawing, and contact you regarding the results of the sweepstakes or verification if you are drawn as a winner.
Commercial Solicitation/Quoting (Opt-in A): If, and only if, you explicitly selected the option on our form requesting an insurance quote ("Opt-in A"), we will use your telephone number and email address to contact you for commercial purposes to provide that quote and discuss our insurance products.
Follow-Up Offer/Verification (Opt-in B/"Giveaway Only"): If you selected "Giveaway Only," we will contact you only regarding transactional giveaway logistics. However, as noted in our terms, we may offer all participants who did not win the high-ticket item a low-value promotional voucher ($15-$20 local gift card) as a "thank you." If we make this offer to you via phone, we will ask for fresh verbal consent before discussing or providing an insurance quote. We will never run a quote for an Opt-in B participant without securing explicit consent first.
3. TCPA Compliance and Your Consent
We operate in strict compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable Texas and New Mexico state laws regarding commercial telemarketing.
Explicit Opt-in Consent required: We will never call or text you for marketing or sales purposes (e.g., to sell you an insurance policy) unless you have provided your Prior Express Written Consent.
What this means on this form: If you choose Option A ("Enter me in the giveaway AND contact me for a quote"), you are providing that express written consent, authorizing the Marcela Johnson Agency to contact you at the phone number provided (including via automated or pre-recorded voice technology or SMS text messaging, if applicable) for commercial insurance purposes. If you choose Option B ("Enter me in the giveaway ONLY"), you are NOT providing consent for commercial telemarketing calls. We will only contact you regarding non-sales sweepstakes logistics.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We are values-driven. Your information is handled securely and is used primarily by the Marcela Johnson Farmers Insurance Agency and, if you request a quote, Farmers Insurance Group for the purpose of underwriting and servicing policies. We only share information as required by law or to trusted vendors necessary to fulfill the sweepstakes requirements (e.g., mail fulfillment services for winners).

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
As stated in our terms, you must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of Texas or New Mexico to participate in this sweepstakes. This page is not directed at or intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
